An exciting opportunity for a Sous Chef to join a brand-new 80m private yacht launching this summer from a highly reputable yard. With an excellent galley setup, a collaborative Head Chef, and a busy first season ahead, this is a fantastic role for a chef looking to grow within a well-structured new build program.

The role:

  • Support the Head Chef with both crew and guest food preparation
  • Assist with day-to-day management and organisation of the galley
  • Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, consistency, and presentation
  • Work within a newly launched private program with a busy inaugural season ahead
  • Single-season operation with a planned yard period this winter
  • Start date: ASAP, ideally

What we’re looking for:

  • Existing experience on 80m+ yachts preferred
  • Strong restaurant background and formal culinary training welcomed
  • Ability to integrate quickly and thrive in a busy operational environment
  • Organised, proactive, and eager to continue developing
  • Positive team player who enjoys working collaboratively

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
