A unique role for a Sous Chef to join a privately run 130m+ motor yacht. Working within a talented team, you will produce outstanding food for guests and work closely with the Head Chef to manage the galley team.

The role:

  • Assist with guest operations and cook a variety of cuisines to a high level.
  • Maintain organised systems and consistency throughout the galley.
  • Work collaboratively within a structured and diverse culinary team.
  • Private dual-season program.
  • Start date: Mid July 2026.

What we’re looking for:

  • Past experience in a similar role on 100m+ vessels or as a Head Chef on smaller vessels.
  • Strong restaurant background and/or formal culinary training advantageous.
  • Professional, driven and able to guide the more junior members of the galley team.

  • Salary: €8,500 per month.
  • Rotation: 2:2.

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
