Applicants should have a CV with a photo portfolio and sample charter menus. The position is primarily offered with a single cabin; however, the successful candidate must be flexible and willing to move to a shared cabin when there is a full complement of charter guests onboard. This is expected for 2 of the 6 scheduled charters. Flexibility regarding cabin arrangements is an important requirement for this role.
