Sole Chef, 40m private motor yacht.

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Sole Chef to join a 40m private yacht on a temporary contract. There will be strong potential to move into a rotational position with time. This role suits a versatile chef who enjoys creating varied cuisine while being part of an active, down-to-earth crew.

The role includes:

• Managing all aspects of galley operations onboard as Sole Chef
• Preparing high-quality meals for both owners and crew
• Creating varied menus with a broad range of cuisines and flavours
• Managing provisioning, budgeting, and galley organisation independently
• Operating within a private programme, based in the Mediterranean throughout the summer
• Start date: ASAP
• Open-ended temporary contract, expected to cover the coming months with potential for a long-term role

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience as a Sole Chef on a similar-sized yacht preferred
• Strong knowledge across a variety of cuisines
• Confident managing a galley independently
• Organised, adaptable and self-motivated
• Positive team player
