About the yacht

A beautiful 50m charter/private M/Y, based in SOF with a capacity of 12 guests and 13 crew. Non-EU flag.

The project

We are looking for a Sole Chef ready to start as soon as possible for a seasonal contract.

Unfortunately the boat has no room for a Sous Chef, so it is a Sole Chef role.

Desired profile

  • Candidates MUST have a valid STCW/ENG1, valid medical certificate, Food Safety Level 3 and a Ship Cook Certificate.
  • At least one season of experience in the yachting industry on a charter boat and the ability to cater to Vegan, Vegetarian, Gluten Free, KETO and other specialised diets.
  • Creative and willing to provide meals that satisfy both guests and crew.
  • Positive attitude and friendly demeanour.

Salary: 9000 euros/month

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
