An exciting opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef to join a 60m+ privately owned explorer yacht. Operating a dual-season program with off-the-beaten-track cruising, this role suits chefs who enjoy adventure and being part of a close-knit crew.

The role:

  • Prepare healthy, varied crew meals to a high standard
  • Support the Head Chef with guest food preparation and service when required
  • Work within a galley team of two in a collaborative environment
  • Join the vessel in Europe
  • Start date: end of July

What we're looking for:

  • Previous Sous Chef experience on similar-sized yachts preferred
  • Strong crew food capabilities with confidence assisting on guest food
  • Positive, adaptable and proactive attitude
  • Team player who enjoys an active and adventurous onboard lifestyle

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
