An excellent opportunity for a talented Sous Chef to join a 90m+ private yacht, working closely with an experienced Head Chef. This is a high-standard, new build program offering strong mentorship and long-term development.
The role:
- Preparing high-quality, healthy crew meals daily for 25+ crew
- Supporting the Head Chef with guest food, with a strong focus on desserts, breads, and pastries
- Working collaboratively to ensure smooth day-to-day galley operations
- Private program with well-regarded, supportive owners
- Start date will be mid July
What we're looking for:
- Strong background in high-end restaurants
- Minimum two years of experience on similar-sized yachts, ideally 60m+ experience
- Confident baking and pastry skills as an essential requirement
- Creative, motivated and keen to continue developing professionally
- Calm, professional, and drama-free approach as it is a close-knit team environment
What's on offer:
- Salary DOE but paid in euros

Work Experience Requirements:
All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.
Language Requirements:
Good knowledge of the English language is required.
Certificates and Qualifications:
All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.
A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
