We have a 40m motor yacht seeking a Sole Chef to join by the end of June. The vessel operates between the Mediterranean and the Caribbean with both private and charter use.

The role:

  • Manage all galley operations as Sole Chef onboard, cooking for 10 crew as well as guests.
  • Deliver high-quality, varied cuisine tailored to guest preferences.
  • Maintain consistency with crew food.
  • Perform under pressure during busy charter periods.
  • Start date: within the next few weeks, ideally with a trial soon.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience as a yacht Sole Chef with a strong charter background.
  • Confident working independently; creative, adaptable and highly organised.
  • Ability to cater to diverse dietary requirements with ease.

  • Salary: 8,000 - 10,000 USD DOE.

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
