60m+ Private Motor Yacht

Wilsonhalligan are looking for a Chef to join a 60m+ private motor yacht.

This position would suit an experienced Crew Chef with a strong background not only in catering for crew, but also in the operational side of managing the galley, including provisioning, budgeting, stock control and administration.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing meals for a crew of 20, while the Owner's private chef joins the vessel for all guest trips. The yacht takes great pride in its close-knit, professional team, and places a strong emphasis on longevity, making this an excellent opportunity for a chef seeking a long-term position within a supportive onboard environment.

Basic Requirements:

  • STCW
  • ENG 1
  • Level 2 in Food Safety & Hygiene
  • SCC

Package:

  • Salary: DOE
  • 2:2 rotation
  • Start date: ASAP

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
