An exciting opportunity for a Temp Sous Chef to join a 75m private yacht on a unique, off-the-beaten-track adventure. This role has strong potential to transition into a permanent rotational position and would suit a confident chef comfortable operating in a hybrid Sole/Sous setup.

The role:

  • Managing day-to-day galley operations onboard
  • Preparing high-quality meals for both crew and guests
  • Operating independently while liaising closely with the travelling Head Chef (who will be onboard for all owners trips)
  • Incredible remote cruising itinerary with adventurous, unique destinations
  • Start date: around 4th June, contract will run for around 6 weeks

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Sole Chef onboard
  • Confident running a galley independently when required
  • Strong organisation and communication skills
  • Adaptable, proactive, and calm under pressure
  • Comfortable working within a flexible, evolving program

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
