Sous Chef required for 70M support yacht to a 100M private yacht.

We are looking for a team-orientated Chef to join the galley team to prepare fresh and healthy meals for the crew.

Key responsibilities will be:

  • Bread baking
  • Work alongside one other galley team member to prepare meals
  • Cater to dietary needs including vegetarian, gluten-free, and dairy-free options
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the galley, fridges, and freezers
  • Handle provisioning and stock rotation
  • Assist with guest food prep – dependent on the main yacht

Package on offer: USD salary - time for time rotation

Start date: 11th June

Requirements: B1/B2 visa in hand, up-to-date certifications including seafarer medical, PDSD, Food Safety & Hygiene Level 3, Ships Cook certificate, and discharge book.

Male candidates only due to shared cabin arrangements onboard.
