About This role

Sous / Crew Chef – Private 70m M/Y
Full-time position on a busy private program cruising USA and Caribbean

Start date: mid-May 2026

Itinerary: US NE & Caribbean

Package: Salary paid in USD – bonus structure in place

Experience and attributes required:

  • Minimum 12 months’ yachting experience
  • Cooking for 18 crew and assisting Head Chef
  • Excellent communication skills and impeccable hygiene

Qualifications required:

  • STCW (Fully updated)
  • Proficiency in Designated Security Duties
  • Seafarer’s Medical Certificate (with 6 months+ validity)
  • Food Hygiene Level 2
  • B1B2 VISA ESSENTIAL

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht or a Cruise Ship.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
