About This role
Sous / Crew Chef – Private 70m M/Y
Full-time position on a busy private program cruising USA and Caribbean
Start date: mid-May 2026
Itinerary: US NE & Caribbean
Package: Salary paid in USD – bonus structure in place
Experience and attributes required:
- Minimum 12 months’ yachting experience
- Cooking for 18 crew and assisting Head Chef
- Excellent communication skills and impeccable hygiene
Qualifications required:
- STCW (Fully updated)
- Proficiency in Designated Security Duties
- Seafarer’s Medical Certificate (with 6 months+ validity)
- Food Hygiene Level 2
- B1B2 VISA ESSENTIAL
Work Experience Requirements:
All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht or a Cruise Ship.
Language Requirements:
Good knowledge of the English language is required.
Certificates and Qualifications:
A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
