A fantastic opportunity for a Temporary Chef to join a privately owned 50m motor yacht operating an adventure-driven program. This is a hands-on, creative role suited to a chef who enjoys healthy cooking, watersports, and travel off the beaten track with the potential for a permanent rotational position down the line.

The role:

  • Preparing healthy, varied meals for both crew and guests
  • Focusing on fresh, plant-based cuisine with strong nutritional awareness
  • Supporting guest food service onboard during private cruising - for the summer you will work collaboratively with the other Chef often cooking together onboard
  • Scandinavian cruising with an emphasis on remote destinations and exploration
  • Start date: Ideally ASAP
  • Initial 4-month seasonal contract with potential to become rotational permanent role

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience as a Sole Chef preferred
  • Strong focus on healthy, plant-based cooking
  • Knowledge of Mediterranean flavours advantageous
  • Flexible, adventurous and proactive approach
  • Comfortable working in remote cruising environments

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
