Sole Chef 40m MY

We have a 40m MY seeking a Sole Chef/Captain team to join them. The vessel operates between the Mediterranean and the Caribbean with both private and charter use. This is a long-term opportunity for a talented couple.

The role:

• Manage all galley operations as the Sole Chef onboard, cooking for ten crew as well as guests.
• Deliver high-quality, varied cuisine tailored to guest preferences.
• Maintain consistency with crew food and oversee provisioning and stock management.
• Perform under pressure during busy charter periods and ensure hygiene and safety standards are met.

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience as a yacht Sole Chef with a strong charter background.
• Confident working independently with creativity, adaptability and strong organisation.
• Ability to cater to diverse dietary requirements with ease.
• Start date to be confirmed, expected within the next month.
