We are looking for an experienced Stewardess/Cook/Deckhand for a private 65 ft sailing catamaran (2018) in Montenegro for the 2026 season.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as stewardess/cook on sailing yachts or catamarans
  • Strong culinary skills — fresh, wholesome, family-style cooking
  • Warm, organised, detail-oriented personality
  • Ability to assist the captain on deck when needed — handling lines, sail trim, and support during docking and manoeuvring
  • Fluent English required

Position details:

  • Contract: Seasonal, approximately mid-May to mid-September
  • Accommodation: Live-aboard
  • Crew: 2 crew members — Captain/Engineer and Stew/Chef
  • Flag: Cayman Islands
  • Yacht: Privilège Series 6
  • Cruising area: Montenegro
  • Guests on board: 6–8 family members (children and grandchildren)

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on yachts matching the following requirements:

  • Yacht types:  sailing

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
