West Nautical is recruiting an experienced permanent Male Sous Chef to join a 67m new build private/charter vessel.

The vessel is seeking a male chef (due to cabin arrangements) with a minimum of two years' experience working onboard superyachts, strong organisational abilities, a positive attitude and the capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be expected to prepare and serve nutritious, diverse meals to feed a crew of up to 20 while maintaining high standards of nutrition and energy; assist the Head Chef in daily galley operations, menu planning, and preparation for both crew and guest meals; maintain the highest standards of sanitation, hygiene, and food safety (HACCP compliant) in accordance with maritime regulations; assist with inventory checks, ordering, and cost control while managing the galley budget; and ensure the galley and surrounding spaces are cleaned, organised, and maintained to the highest standard.

Salary: DOE

Annual leave: 90 days
