Chief Engineer – 40m Charter M/Y

We are seeking an experienced Engineer to join a 40m charter motor yacht currently based in Italy.

The successful candidate will hold a Y2 qualification and have strong hands‑on technical experience, with the confidence to maintain safe and efficient operations across all engineering systems. The role requires someone proactive, adaptable, and able to integrate smoothly into an established crew. A full handover will be provided to ensure continuity and familiarity with the yacht’s systems.

Due to operational requirements, the candidate must be available to start immediately. This role will move into a 10:10 rotational schedule, providing an excellent work–life balance and a competitive salary package.
