100m+ Private Motor Yacht

Wilsonhalligan are looking for a highly experienced Sous Chef to join a 100m+ private motor yacht.

We are seeking a professional Sous Chef who has proven experience and longevity of working in a similar role. This could be a great opportunity to join an established private vessel who have a well-established galley team.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ experience in professional kitchens (yachting preferred)
  • Strong all-rounder with a good understanding of international cuisine
  • Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
  • Valid STCW
  • ENG 1
  • Level 2 in Food Saftey & Hygiene

Package:

  • Salary: DOE
  • Leave: 2:2 rotation
  • Start date: ASAP
  • Mediterranean cruising

Please note due to cabin arrangements, a male candidate would be preferred.

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
