About This Role

Executive Chef – Private/Charter – 50m+ Motor Yacht

Hill Robinson presents an opportunity for an Executive Chef to join a highly desirable 50m+ motor yacht. The vessel operates on a single season (potentially dual season) itinerary and runs a private/charter programme.

Start date: Immediate
Itinerary: Mediterranean
Package: Salary in Euros
Leave: 150 days leave

Experience and attributes required:

  • Proven experience as an Executive or Head Chef on similar size yachts.
  • Strong background in Asian cuisine and seafood specialisation is essential.
  • Demonstrated creativity, with the ability to deliver visually striking and flavour-driven dishes.
  • Experience catering to Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) individuals.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills in a high-pressure environment.
  • Professional, discreet, and service-oriented mindset.

Qualifications required:

  • Valid STCW and medical certificates
  • Relevant culinary qualifications and food safety certifications
  • Ships Cook Certificate (mandatory)

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht or a Cruise Ship.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
