Sole Chef 45m MY

We have a 45m private/charter motor yacht seeking a Sole Chef to join them. This is a recently purchased yacht preparing to launch a new program in the United States. The vessel will operate in the local area for the next year before heading to the Mediterranean, with the aim of becoming a busy charter program. This is a great opportunity for a talented and adaptable Sole Chef to join a new project and make the galley their own.

The role:

• Manage all galley operations as Sole Chef onboard, cooking for eight crew as well as guests.
• Deliver high-quality, varied cuisine tailored to guest preferences.
• Maintain consistency with crew food.
• Operate within a dual-season private/charter program.
• Perform under pressure during busy charter periods.
• B1/B2 visa required.

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience as a yacht Sole Chef with a strong charter background.
• Confident working independently; creative, adaptable, and highly organised.
• Ability to cater to diverse dietary requirements with ease.
• Availability to join as soon as possible, with some flexibility for the right candidate.
