CAPTAIN + STEWARDESS/COOK WANTED — Couples Only Sailing Catamaran 65 ft | Season 2026 | Montenegro

We are looking for an experienced couple to sail a 65 ft sailing catamaran (2018) in Montenegro for the 2026 season. The yacht is used by the owner's family. Accommodation is provided in a shared cabin for two — couples only, please.

CAPTAIN

  • Proven experience on private sailing catamarans in the Adriatic/Mediterranean — essential
  • Strong knowledge of Adriatic & Mediterranean cruising grounds
  • Hands-on technical skills (engines, watermaker, electronics, rigging)
  • Calm, discreet, professional — comfortable with families
  • Fluent English required
  • Age: up to 55

STEWARDESS / COOK

  • Proven experience as stewardess/cook on sailing yachts or catamarans
  • Strong culinary skills — fresh, wholesome, family-style cooking
  • Warm, organised, detail-oriented personality
  • Ability to assist the captain on deck when needed — handling lines, sail trim, and support during docking and manoeuvring
  • Fluent English required

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on yachts matching the following requirements:

  • Yacht types:  sailing

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
