About This role

Seasonal Sole Chef - Private/Charter 30m M/Y (RH-4882)

Hill Robinson is delighted to present a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Seasonal Sole Chef to join a 30m+ Motor Yacht. The vessel runs a private and charter programme, with a single season itinerary.

The contract will run from the 1st May - 30th October.

Start date: 1st May
Package: Salary paid in Euros
Itinerary: Mediterranean

Experience / attributes required:
- 2+ seasons of yachting experience
- Sole Chef on similar size yachts would be desired
- 5+ years of chef experience
- Culinary trained
- Skilled in Mediterranean and Italian cuisine
- Good communication

Qualifications required:
• STCW (fully updated)
• Proficiency in Designated Security Duties (mandatory)
• Seafarer’s Medical Certificate (with 6 months+ validity)
• Ships Cook Certificate (desired)

Must be willing to undergo extensive background checks and pre-employment drug test.

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht or a Cruise Ship.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
