We are seeking a Chief Engineer for a 70m Private Motor Yacht, currently based in Europe.

This role offers a unique opportunity to join a well-maintained vessel operated by a highly professional team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the engineering department, ensuring the vessel's optimal performance, safety, and maintenance during their rotational periods. The successful applicant will bring hands-on experience, a proactive approach to engineering management, and a strong commitment to excellence, aligning with the company's high standards.

Start date: Beginning of May 2026

Candidate requirements:

Must hold a Chief Engineer Unlimited CoC
Valid STCW and ENG1
Previous yacht experience is essential

Package:

Salary: TBD
Full rotation (10/10)
Start Date: May 2026
Single cabin accommodation
Bonus, starting after 12 months
Training allowance

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on yachts matching the following requirements:

  • Experience length:  min 5 years

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.

Visa Requirements:

Schengen visa is required for this role.
