Summary

Sole Chef position - 50m - Motor yacht

Description

Seeking a high energy, organized, established charter Chef for an extremely BUSY charter program.

Strong seasonal candidates are also being considered at a high caliber level (Seasonal = May - Oct)

Program:

The yacht is currently finishing a successful charter season in Costa Rica, followed by an owner's trip in Mexico, before heading north for a busy Alaskan season. Back-to-back charters booked from June through September, so this is a demanding but rewarding program with strong charter potential.

Experience Required:

  • Proven experience as a sole chef on 40-50m charter yachts
  • Strong background in high-end, fast-paced charter environments
  • Excellent references, solid longevity a must.

Cuisine Style:

  • Refined, high-quality cuisine tailored to American clientele
  • Excellent execution of elevated comfort food

Core Competencies:

  • Confident managing allergies and diverse dietary requirements
  • Impeccable standards of cleanliness, organization, and hygiene
  • Able to maintain consistency under pressure during busy charters

Role Demands:

  • Sole responsibility for up to 12 guests + 11 crew
  • Capable of sustaining performance through a long, intensive charter season

Package:

  • Salary: USD $10,000/month + gratuities
  • Leave: 38 days

Additional Preferences:

  • Ideally based in or near North America (not essential)
  • Flexible and available for a busy season with minimal personal constraints
  • Strong commitment to the role and program
