Rotational crew chef required to join our team on a large 120m+ yacht, Mediterranean based

Job responsibilities:

Assisting the Head Chef as required
Crew meals preparation
Provisioning of all food items
Galley and food inventory
Food safety and storage standards
Galley safety and sanitary standards
Guidance to the Assistant cook / Galley assistant

Required Skills:
Extensive knowledge of food ingredients, nutritional value, special diets, vegan/vegetarian cooking, food allergies.
Variety of meals and deserts preparation and presentation
Knowledge of food safety and storage
Provisioning and budgeting experience
Organized, adaptable and creative
Time management
Team player

Must have valid certificates:
STCW
Security awareness
ENG1
Culinary Degree optional
Food Hygiene Certificate
Ships cook certificate

3/1 rotation time
