Freelance Chef for 28m Charter SY in Sardinia

We are looking for a freelance Chef to join a 28m Sailing Yacht in Sardinia during charters. You will need to have a sailing background, be extremely organised, have an international driving licence.

Charter experience on a similar size sailing boat

Good knowledge of the English language is required
Salary: paid in Euros,
Base salary - DOE

Responsibility:

1) Daily menu planning for guests according to their preferences and food intolerances

2) Food provisioning and inventory checks for charter

3) Food preparation
Breakfast, lunch, dinner preparation for guests and crew

4) Galley cleaning after cooking

5) Organise equipment and provisions in the galley and other storage areas

6) Ensure daily provisioning costs are within the budget set by the captain. Provide daily invoices and receipts to the captain.
