Sous Chef for a privately run 120m+ motor yacht. Work within a talented culinary team to produce outstanding food for guests, reporting to the Senior Sous and Head Chef.
The role includes:
- Assist with guest operations and cook a variety of cuisines to a high standard.
- Maintain organised systems and consistency throughout the galley.
- Work collaboratively within a structured and diverse culinary team.
- Private dual-season programme.
- Start date: June 2026.
What we're looking for:
- Past experience in a similar role on 120m+ vessels or as a Head Chef on smaller vessels.
- Strong restaurant background and/or formal culinary training is advantageous.
- Professional, driven, and able to guide more junior members of the galley team.

- Salary: €6,500+ per month.

Work Experience Requirements:
All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.
Language Requirements:
Good knowledge of the English language is required.
Certificates and Qualifications:
All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.
A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
