CREW CHEF 120M+

An excellent opportunity for a Crew Chef to join a privately run 120m+ yacht offering a structured, professional environment with clear development pathways. With a generous training budget, strong mentorship from senior chefs, and a healthy rotation, this is a standout role for a motivated chef looking to build a long-term yachting career.

The role:
• Prepare high-quality, healthy, and varied meals for a large, diverse crew
• Support senior chefs in daily galley operations and service standards
• Maintain exceptional hygiene, organisation, and consistency throughout the galley
• Work collaboratively within a structured, high-performing culinary team
• Private dual-season program
• Start date: End of May

What we’re looking for:
• Ideally 1+ year of yachting experience
• Experience on larger yachts (100m+ preferred)
• Strong restaurant background and/or formal culinary training advantageous
• Organised, proactive, and eager to develop within a large-yacht environment

What’s on offer:
• Salary: €4,500 per month
• Rotation: 12:6 (weeks)

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
