Rotational Japanese Chef – Private 100m+ MY

Experience and attributes required:
- The candidate should have an extensive background in Japanese cuisine, including sushi, sashimi and hot Japanese preparations.
- Preference for experience within Japan and internationally.
- No vessel experience required; consideration for a land-based chef.
- Able to replicate existing guest dishes, work under guidance, and assist with crew preparations and other guest menus as required.
Qualifications required:
- Accredited culinary training course
- PDSD
- Crowd Management
- STCW (updated)
- Seafarer Medical Certificate
- Seaman Discharge Book
Further candidate selection will be managed by the recruitment team.
Work Experience Requirements:
All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht or a Cruise Ship.
Language Requirements:
Good knowledge of the English language is required.
Certificates and Qualifications:
A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
