About the yacht

It is a private motor yacht of 40 meters with a red Flag, currently in the South of France. It can welcome up to 2-8 guests and 7 crew members.

The project

We are looking for a Chef to start on the 1st of April for a seasonal position until the end of October.

The boat will cruise in the Mediterranean Sea and the owners use the boat approx 95 days per season.

The owners usually eat 70% seafood and 30% meat.

Desired profile

  • English fluency is essential.
  • The cabin will be shared with a female crew member so we are looking for a female chef.
  • ENG 1 and valid STCW is mandatory.
  • Open to profiles that have never worked in the yachting before but with a great land based experience.

Salary: 6000€-6500€/month.

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
