We are seeking a hardworking and professional 3rd Stewardess to join a busy 43m private/charter motor yacht for the 2026 season. Candidates should ideally have one to two years of yachting experience and be confident in all aspects of laundry and housekeeping, as this will form a large part of the role within an interior team of three.

The position also requires some experience in guest service, including basic cocktail making, and a hospitality background is preferred. Professional presentation and the ability to interact confidently with guests are essential. Organisation is important, as you will assist with inventories, stock tracking, and maintaining high standards across the interior.

The role includes general crew duties, safety responsibilities, and basic seamanship tasks, such as assisting with mooring, handling fenders, and helping with tender operations. You must be able to follow instructions well, work efficiently under pressure, and demonstrate a strong work ethic along with initiative.

This is a seasonal contract running from April 2026 to the end of October 2026. Candidates must be based in Europe.

Fluent English is required, along with an ENG1, Food and Hygiene Level 2, and a valid driving licence with confidence driving in Spain.

The salary is €3,250+. he yacht will run a busy charter season in the Balearics before winterising in the West Med. The team is looking for someone positive, energetic, and eager to contribute to a fast‑paced, high‑standard program.
