SEASONAL GALLEY HAND 70M+

A fantastic seasonal opportunity for a junior Chef to join a busy 70m+ charter for the upcoming summer season. With 10 weeks of charters already booked and strong tip potential, this is an excellent chance to gain experience within a high-performing galley team led by Michelin-trained chefs.

The role:

• Assisting with preparation of crew meals
• Maintaining galley cleanliness and organisation to a high standard
• Supporting general galley operations during busy charter periods
• Also assisting with some crew mess duties as required
• Busy charter program with 10 weeks booked for the summer so far, with further enquiries in place
• Seasonal contract from April until September (end date to be confirmed)
• Female candidate required due to cabin arrangements

What we’re looking for:

• Previous yacht experience in a similar role preferred
• Strong foundation in professional kitchens
• High standards of hygiene and organisation
• Eager to learn and develop under experienced Head and Sous Chefs
• Positive, team-oriented approach suited to a fast-paced charter environment
