SOLE CHEF 40M+

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Sole Chef to join a busy 40m+ charter yacht for the upcoming season. This is a fast-paced, guest-focused role suited to a creative and highly organised chef with strong charter experience.

  • Managing all galley operations as Sole Chef onboard
  • Delivering high-quality, creative cuisine for charter guests
  • Planning and executing varied menus with strong understanding of American clientele
  • Managing multiple dietary requirements with confidence and precision
  • Operating within a very busy charter program, with an almost fully booked summer season
  • Cruising the US West Coast with plans to venture to Canada
  • Start date ideally within the next few weeks

What we're looking for:

  • Previous charter experience on a similar-sized yacht
  • Strong restaurant background
  • Confident working independently in a busy Sole Chef role
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage a demanding schedule
  • Ships Cook certificate and B1/B2 visa in hand (essential)
  • Creative, adaptable, and calm under pressure

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
