Rotational Head Chef 90m+

An exceptional opportunity for an experienced Head Chef to join a high-profile 90m+ charter yacht. With historically busy, fully booked summer seasons, this role offers the chance to showcase creativity for guests and work within a collaborative, professional environment.

The role:

  • Oversee all galley operations, culinary standards and guest experience
  • Lead, manage and mentor a Sous Chef and Crew Chef to create a positive team environment
  • Set the culinary direction for guest and charter service, ensuring consistent, high-quality output
  • Operate within a busy charter program with American-focused clientele
  • Start date: March 2026, with an ideal trial toward late February

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum 3+ years' experience as Head Chef on 75m+ yachts
  • Proven experience leading teams of 3+ chefs
  • Background in restaurants and charter yachts highly valued
  • Confident across a wide range of cuisines and dietary requirements, with a strong focus on health and nutrition
  • Professional, calm leader with a collaborative management style
  • Experience on similar-sized or larger vessels preferred

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
