Rotational Head Chef 90m+ M/Y

We are looking for an experienced and talented Head Chef to join a high-profile 90m+ charter vessel in the next month. With charter-filled summer seasons, opportunities to push your creativity with guests and a collaborative working environment, this is a strong role for someone who enjoys a busy programme.

The role:

  • Oversee all aspects of galley operations, standards and guest experience.
  • Lead, manage and mentor a Sous and Crew Chef, creating a positive work environment for the team.
  • Set the culinary direction for guest and charter service, maintaining consistency at the highest level.
  • Work a busy programme with historically fully booked summer seasons.
  • Start date: March 2026, with availability to trial with the vessel towards the end of February preferred.

What we're looking for:

  • Prior experience in restaurants is desired as well as a background on charter boats.
  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience as Head Chef on a 75m+ yacht.
  • Ideally proven experience leading teams of 3+ chefs.
  • Previous experience on similar sized or larger vessels preferred.
  • Confident across a wide range of cuisines and dietary requirements; there is a strong focus on health and nutrition onboard.
  • Professional, calm leader with a collaborative management style.

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
