SOUS CHEF 60M MY

We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join a well-regarded 60m private/charter MY in the Mediterranean. The vessel has come out of a productive winter yard period with a newly upgraded galley.

The role:

  • Prepare healthy, well-balanced crew meals for 15+ crew
  • Assist the Head Chefs with guest food during charter operations
  • Work within a collaborative galley environment with two very experienced and talented Head Chefs
  • Support smooth galley operations following the winter yard period - they will be gearing up for a busy summer
  • Private/charter program - enquiries are already through for the 2026 summer season
  • Start date: Mid-March (flexible for the right candidate)

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sous Chef onboard
  • Strong restaurant background
  • Previous charter experience preferred
  • Culinary training advantageous
  • Reliable, positive and collaborative team player

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
