Deckhand/Carpenter – 100m new build launching July 2026. This is a private dual-season programme, with summers in the Mediterranean and winters likely in the United States/Caribbean. The role leans heavily towards carpentry during boss-off periods, with a transition to a hands-on deckhand position when the boss is onboard.

What we're looking for:

  • Previous yachting experience is required.
  • Shoreside carpentry experience is welcomed provided you also have prior experience working as a yacht Deckhand.
  • Will also consider a yacht Carpenter with no shoreside carpentry experience.

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
