About this role
Sous Chef – Private/Charter – 60m+ MY
Hill Robinson presents an opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef to join a 60m+ Motor Yacht. The vessel is currently located in the South Pacific and is operating on a world touring itinerary with a Private/Light Charter programme.
- Start date: Early February
- Location: South Pacific
- Package: Salary in Euros + 10% annual increase & 13th bonus + charter tips
- Leave: 90 days (3:1 rotation – itinerary dependant)
Experience and attributes required:
- Minimum of 1+ years yachting experience
- 5+ years of Sous Chef experience
- Skilled in multiple cuisines
- Charter experience desired but not mandatory
Qualifications required:
- Valid STCW and medical
- Ships Cook Certificate
Work Experience Requirements:
All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht or a Cruise Ship.
Language Requirements:
Good knowledge of the English language is required.
Certificates and Qualifications:
A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
