About this role

Sous Chef – Private/Charter – 60m+ MY

Hill Robinson presents an opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef to join a 60m+ Motor Yacht. The vessel is currently located in the South Pacific and is operating on a world touring itinerary with a Private/Light Charter programme.

  • Start date: Early February
  • Location: South Pacific
  • Package: Salary in Euros + 10% annual increase & 13th bonus + charter tips
  • Leave: 90 days (3:1 rotation – itinerary dependant)

Experience and attributes required:

  • Minimum of 1+ years yachting experience
  • 5+ years of Sous Chef experience
  • Skilled in multiple cuisines
  • Charter experience desired but not mandatory

Qualifications required:

  • Valid STCW and medical
  • Ships Cook Certificate

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht or a Cruise Ship.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
