ROTATIONAL HEAD CHEF 90M+ MY

A standout opportunity for a seasoned Head Chef to join a high-profile 90m charter vessel in March. This is a leadership-driven role for a confident and collaborative Chef, within an established charter program.

The role:

  • Oversee all aspects of galley operations, standards, and guest experience.
  • Lead, manage, and mentor an experienced team of Sous Chefs and Third Chefs (the whole team is on full rotation).
  • Set the culinary direction for guest and charter service, maintaining consistency at the highest level.
  • Operate within a fast-paced charter environment with high-profile clients.
  • Busy program with a very strong summer 2026 already booked.
  • Start date: Early March 2026

What we're looking for:

  • 7+ years' cooking experience in high-end restaurants and/or large yacht programs
  • Minimum 2+ years' experience as Head Chef on a 65m+ yacht
  • Ideally proven experience leading teams of 3+ chefs
  • Previous experience on 80m+ vessels strongly preferred
  • Confident across a wide range of cuisines and dietary requirements
  • Professional, calm leader with a collaborative management style

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
