We are seeking an experienced Chief / Sole Engineer for a 33-meter private yacht, based in Florida, USA.

Position Details:

  • Employment Type: Full-time
  • Location: Florida, USA
  • Salary: $5,000 – $5,500 per month

Requirements:

  • Valid B1/B2 visa or US citizenship, legally eligible to live and work in the USA
  • Proven experience working on private yachts
  • Valid marine certifications: STCW, PSTD, AEC2 minimum
  • Ability to manage all yacht engineering operations independently

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on yachts matching the following requirements:

  • Yacht types:  motor

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.

Visa Requirements:

B1/B2 visa is required for this role. US and Canadian citizens do not require the B1/B2 visa.
