We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Executive Private Chef to work between exclusive private residences worldwide and aboard a 120m+ motor yacht, delivering exceptional culinary experiences to UHNW principals and their guests.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Executive Private Chef for UHNW families and/or large motor yachts
  • Extensive knowledge of international, fine dining, and Michelin-level cuisine
  • Strong background in menu planning, provisioning, and galley/kitchen management
  • Ability to cater to dietary requirements, preferences, and last-minute requests
  • Experience sourcing premium ingredients worldwide
  • High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism
  • Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced, high-standard environments
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Experience managing kitchen staff and liaising with household/yacht departments
  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages an advantage)
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours, weekends, and holidays
  • Valid passport and availability to travel worldwide at short notice
  • Excellent, verifiable references

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on yachts matching the following requirements:

  • Yacht sizes:  50-69m or > 70m
  • Yacht types:  motor
  • Yacht uses:   private or charter
  • Experience length:  min 5 years

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
