Experience and attributes required:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Chef on yachts; high-end restaurant experience is favourable.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with the Service team, with a positive and proactive approach.
- Proven ability to adhere to a budget and adapt menu plans when certain provisions do not arrive as expected. Experience ordering provisions on an internal computer system.
- Demonstrated capability to calmly manage high-pressure situations while maintaining efficient time management and storekeeping skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working alone; share cooking duties for 10 crew with some dietary requirements, alongside potential guest demands.
- Proficiency with MS Office, especially Outlook, and a good level of written English.
Qualifications required:
- Ship’s Cook Certificate
- Food and Hygiene Level 3
- PDSD
- STCW updated
- Seafarer Medical Certificate
- Seaman Discharge Book

Work Experience Requirements:
All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht or a Cruise Ship.
Language Requirements:
Good knowledge of the English language is required.
Certificates and Qualifications:
A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
