Sous Chef 60m
This is a nice opportunity for a Sous Chef to join a busy 60m private/charter yacht, which operates a dual-season program. This role suits a chef who enjoys producing nutritious, high-quality crew food while supporting the Head Chef on guest service.
The role:
- Prepare healthy, varied crew meals for an energetic, active crew
- Support the Head Chef with guest food preparation during busy periods
- Assist in maintaining a well-organised, high-standard galley
- Baking skills preferred, though the Head Chef is happy to mentor
- Join a fun, diverse, and engaged crew culture
- Dual-season private/charter program with trips already underway
- Start date: January (subject to change)
- B1/B2 visa required
What we're looking for:
- Minimum one season of experience on a similar-sized vessel
- Strong crew food capabilities and interest in guest food support
- Positive, hardworking team player
- Opportunity to develop baking/pastry skills
- Must hold a valid B1/B2 visa
What's on offer:
- Salary around $6,000 DOE
- 40 days leave

Work Experience Requirements:
All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.
Language Requirements:
Good knowledge of the English language is required.
Certificates and Qualifications:
All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.
A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
