Position suitable for a team/couple.

We are urgently searching for a 1st Mate/Engineer and Stew/Cook team to join a 30 mtr sail yacht, privately owned.

The 1st Mate must hold a Yacht master 200gt qualification and have solid engineering knowledge and experience; yard or maintenance experience is a bonus.

The Stew/Cook will manage the interior, housekeeping and prepare crew and guest meals.

The yacht is currently in Spain for winter yard maintenance and will operate in the Aegean and Mediterranean this summer before sailing to the Caribbean in winter 2026.

Applicants should be experienced sailors with proven longevity on similar size yachts. Salaries are to be determined and depend on experience.

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
