Rotational - Private 100m+ Passenger Vessel

Experience and attributes required:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in high-end restaurants, hotels, or resorts
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare a variety of cuisines (Mediterranean, Asian, Arabic, sushi, modern British)
  • Strong culinary skills with a keen eye for detail and presentation
  • Ability to plan, prepare, and execute multi-course meals for guests and crew
  • Confident with a la carte service
  • Meticulous about cleanliness and maintaining high hygiene standards
  • Ability to work effectively with other crew members

Qualifications required:

  • Level 2/3 Food Hygiene Certificate
  • Crowd Management
  • Crisis Management & Human Behaviour
  • Designated Security Duties (DSD)
  • STCW updated
  • Seafarer Medical Certificate
  • Seaman Discharge Book

Candidates should meet the listed criteria.

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht or a Cruise Ship.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
