SOUS CHEF 75M CHARTER MY

We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join a top private/charter programme in the Mediterranean, ideally within the next few days. The vessel will then be crossing to the Caribbean before a busy winter season.

Summary:

  • Experienced Head Chefs with strong backgrounds want the Sous Chef involved with guest food as much as possible.
  • Charters already booked for the upcoming season and next summer season.
  • Ideally you will have existing charter experience and culinary training.
  • Minimum two years onboard a similarly sized vessel as a Sous Chef, plus restaurant experience.
  • You will be cooking for the 20+ crew, creating healthy, varied and delicious food for the team.

Package:

  • 6,000 euros
  • Equal share of charter tips
  • 4:2 leave
  • Start date ideally before Sunday 23rd November, the sooner the better.

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
