SOUS CHEF 60M BUSY CHARTER MY  We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join an established and high-profile charter yacht next month. The role will most likely be temp until mid-February but for the right candidate could be permanent.  Summary:  Excellent team onboard including fantastic Captain who run the boat in a fair and crew-focused way.  The vessel is one of the top charter vessels in the 60-70m, they like to push their creativity and give the guests a wonderful time onboard!  Lovely owners who are food driven but also lovely people to work for.   To be considered for this role you will have culinary training/restaurant experience as well as 1 year + of experience onboard, preferably in busy charter programs.  You must have your B1B2 in hand already. Ideally you will also have your Ships Cook.  Package:  $5,000 - $6,000 DOE  Very lucrative charter tips 4:1 rotation for the permanent role, flexibility required on exact leave dates depending on schedule.  Training budget and good medical

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
