Overview

A remarkable seasonal opportunity for an experienced Seasonal Masseuse/Stewardess to join a spectacular 16,000 sq ft private lodge in central Vail, Colorado, with ski-in/ski-out access.

This position offers the perfect blend of luxury hospitality and mountain lifestyle, with excellent skiing time built into your daily schedule.

The lodge features 8 bedroom suites across 4 floors, including a massage room, hot tub, internal pool and gym, cinema room, and large terraces. Guest usage is approximately 6 weeks per season (Christmas/New Year, late January, and March), allowing for a varied rhythm of work.

Exceptional candidates may be invited to transition to the Principal’s yacht following the ski season.

Job duties
Responsibilities of the Live-in Masseuse/Stewardess in Vail, Colorado, USA, include:

• Morning service of the Principal’s suite – bed making, bathrooms, and general housekeeping
• Maintain living areas, cinema room, pool, gym, and terraces throughout the day
• Ensure a refined lodge atmosphere including lighting, music, temperature, and floral arrangements
• Provide table service for all meals – setting, serving, clearing, and wine service
• Evening turndown for the Principal suite with exceptional attention to detail
• Assist Chef with service timing, plating, and clearing
• Manage laundry and linens to a professional standard
• Deliver massage treatments to Principals and guests when requested
• Support with basic concierge duties such as restaurant bookings, lift passes, and local activities
• Ample skiing time between morning and evening duties

Candidates must be/have:

• Previous experience in yachting, luxury ski chalets, or 5-star hospitality
• A qualified massage therapist
• Strong housekeeping and service background
• Fluent English with excellent communication and discretion
• Professional, proactive, and adaptable with a can-do attitude
• B1/B2 visa, US work authorisation, or eligible for ESTA
• Team-oriented and comfortable working in a remote mountain environment

A private bedroom, bathroom, and small kitchen will be provided

Hours/Dates
Mid-December 2025 – April 2026.

Start date around 10th December (for pre-season preparation).
