Rotational Executive Head Chef 90m MY

HEAD CHEF 90M+ MY  We are searching for an experienced Senior Head Chef with a wealth of high-end restaurant/Michelin experience behind them. We are looking for a Chef at the top of their game!  You will be an essential part of a shipyard period so we are keen to hear from those with large new build/refit experience - please do not apply without this. This is a private program with an interesting itinerary, think off the beaten track cruising!  Start date will most likely be within the next few months, perfect for those with commitments and notice periods. You will be a vital part of the senior team so we are looking for an established Head Chef with 5-10 years in the role on 85m+ vessels. If you enjoy being adventurous then this is the program for you - think diving and more. Owners who are really into their food so there is a lot of opportunities to express your creativity and develop as a Chef. You must have a diverse knowledge of different cuisines, but a good holding of Japanese is advantageous. Package:  Salary is DOE but very competitive.  2:2 rotation Excellent training package, business class flights and other great benefits.
